My Path to Becoming a Natural Health Practitioner
From an early age, I suffered severely with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) triggered by stress. The physical pain was frequently so intense that I would pass out. At the age of 14, I took up kickboxing and martial arts, which I pursued passionately until I was 22.
During my time competing, I incurred numerous physical injuries. Most notably, my pelvis popped completely out of alignment. Over the course of two exhausting years, I spent a significant amount of money on various medical and holistic treatments, but they either failed completely or offered only temporary, short-term relief.
When I was 18, medical advice recommended stopping training and suggested surgery alongside anti-depressants for my IBS—an approach I chose not to take.
The Turning Point
Discovering Mark Cleary’s Integrated Bodywork & Energy Technique transformed my recovery, allowing me to return to competing within eight weeks. Beyond physical healing, the work regulated my sleep, eased chronic stomach pain, and built a deep awareness of my body's alignment and stress triggers.
From the Corporate World to Holistic Healing
After working in the corporate world, I trained under Mark Cleary in 2014, during my training I attended a transformative retreat in Spain. I have since expanded my expertise through ongoing studies, viewing my practice as a way to help clients release burdens and reconnect with their true selves.

Our journey with you Aoife started 7 years ago with our son Harry. He was diagnosed with an unknown genetic condition and Epilepsy. He was having seizures daily and it was out of pure desperation that I wanted to try something new. We weren't getting any help with the medical side of things. So when someone suggested I should try going to see you I decided to go. I brought Harry as he was having so many seizures every day. When we walked into your room it was calm and peaceful. Harry looked at you and smiled. I told you what was going on and whatever you did with your magical hands he was so relaxed and less tense. He would sleep better and seizures would stop. It was also the first time I told someone how I really felt with what we were going through and the first time I ever felt that someone listened to me. It was the start of an amazing journey with Harry with weekly sessions. I also went to see you for sessions. I went in full of tense anxiety and after the session I felt so much relief and calmness.
